So far I lost 4 lbs in 2-1/2 days.
My 3rd day meals were the same as the previous days
with the exception of replacing a snack with a
plate of Whole Grain Crackers
Sweet Banana Peppers
Pepper Jack Cheese
Kosher Dill Pickle
Kalamata Olives
First, let's face it, the previous show was over the top and I wasn't in a good state of mind. I almost deleted it, but I decided it should stand as an example of the kind of show I'd rather not do.
Second, I will be starting shows later, since these early shows haven't worked out the way I intended them to.
