So far I lost 4 lbs in 2-1/2 days.
My 3rd day meals were the same as the previous days
with the exception of replacing a snack with a
plate of Whole Grain Crackers
Sweet Banana Peppers
Pepper Jack Cheese
Kosher Dill Pickle
Kalamata Olives
A continuation of the previous discussion hopefully without idiocy in the chat.
SHOW NOTE: I've tried a few adjustments to perhaps prevent the jumping and buffering, though I don't know why I would have to do it, since things have been fine for the last several hundred shows. We'll see tomorrow.
