What I usually have for breakfast right before the show.
Whole grain cereal with:
almonds; almond milk;
blueberries; dried cranberries; dried cherries.
Vitamins and supplements:
Psyllium husk; Ester-C; Milk Thistle;
CoQ10; Fish Oil, Ginko Biloba

SHOW NOTE: I've tried a few adjustments to perhaps prevent the jumping and buffering, though I don't know why I would have to do it, since things have been fine for the last several hundred shows. We'll see tomorrow.
